stariween 2024 event (new update info AND a little surprise at the end!)

hello everyone!! two separate events have taken place this evening and i was fortunate enough to attend both!! first, the starimu event discord server had their weekly podcast hosted by raeofsun, diorpink, and avery. this week they talked about the update (happening tomorrow!), the stress of midterms, potential items in the upcoming update (more on that down below), iced coffee orders, and a bunch of other random conversation topics that i thoroughly enjoyed listening to. they even shouted out this blog and the blog starimu moon! raeofsun's halloween event was next and it kicked off with a game of kahoot where the questions revolved around halloween and general starimu facts! the winner of the kahoot proportion was starimu user far0n with a total of 12,839 points in the game.

the second portion of rae's event was the fashion show! each theme of the fashion show was based around halloween. some of the themes were cat, jack-o-lantern, and ghost. the winner of the fashion show was starimu user morgz. second place went to luke, and third place went to far0n.

and finally, the winner of the costume contest was starimu user millytilly, who dressed up as strawberry shortcake!

moving on to the next part of this blog, i will be talking about the UPDATE!!!! so yes, it's been confirmed by z herself that there will be an updating coming out TOMORROW! so make sure you keep logging in to check to see when it starts and when it's over! there's a bunch of speculation about things we might be getting such as the glow sticks and the bunny nose! everyone is super excited.

and finally! i would like to let everyone know that i've decided to add another member to the starispace team! they will be creating their own blog posts and updating this blog just as much as i will be. we thought it would be fun to do this together. i hope you welcome them with open arms, and enjoy the posts we both make in the future!!
